Patrick Sunderman

2012 FHS grad Patrick Sunderman was a member of the Tiger cross country team during his high school days but now he is competing in quite a different sport at the collegiate level.

Sunderman is a sophomore on the unbeaten University of West Virginia rifle team that has cruised to six consecutive wins over Ohio State, Army, Nebraska, Mississippi, Akron and Navy this season.

As a freshman, Sunderman received Great American Rifle Conference (GARC) and National Rifle Association (NRA) all-American honorable mention honors.

Sunderman, also a member of the West Virginia National Guard, is majoring in mechanical engineering at West Virginia.
