Farmington High School is seeking a dynamic, highly
qualified candidate to serve as Head Football Coach. The successful candidate
will be a quality educator who has demonstrated success as a coach and/or
teacher/coach. The candidate is desired to have successful high school and/or
collegiate coaching experience. The dynamic program leader will possess
outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide positive
leadership and build productive partnerships with parents, community, middle
school programs and youth programs. The candidate should have strong
interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and
maintain a positive program. We desire an individual with initiative and the desire
to be a productive team member within the Farmington High School Community. A
valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) is
