Well, another successful year for the Farmington High School
bowling team and athletes.
Our varsity team won on Conference tournament while
finishing 4th in our conference. Our two JV teams
finished 4th and 5th in our conference.
Our varsity team made it to state and averaged 198.5 for
first round of pool play but didn’t move on due to a tie during our head to
head competition with the team from Grand Rapids losing by 14 pins.
Our athletes represented our school and the program with
respect for the sport and showed great sportsmanship throughout the tournament
and the fall season.
We had Zachary Mitchell make the 1st team
All Conference and Kalvin Lennox make the 2nd team All Conference.
We had Zachary, Kalvin, Megan, Trevor in the top 100 athletes in the
state.
