SENIOR ATHLETICS AWARDS APPLICATION
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Farmington Athletics Department is now accepting applications for the 2014-2015 Senior Athletics Awards. Application deadline is May 4, 2015. To be eligible, students need to have completed at least one season of athletics participation as a senior and not received a M.S.H.S.L. violation at any time.
The Farmington Athletics Department is now accepting applications for the 2014-2015 Senior Athletics Awards. To be considered, senior athletes must submit an awards application along with an athletics resume highlighting participation in M.S.H.S.L. athletic programs in grades 9-12. Resumes should include programs participated in and any special recognition received. If applicable, non-athletic school activities participation and community activities should be included. Applications and resumes must be submitted to the athletics office no later than Monday, May 4, 2105.
