| Ryan Jara lost 2-6, 0-6 in Section 1AA play |
Singles players Ryan Jara and Jessie Novotny and the doubles tandem of Kayla Rees and Callie Olmscheid all lost in straight sets to higher-seeded opponents.
The doubles team of Beth and Lindsey Fairchild entered its opening match seeded seventh and came out on the short end of tight 6-7, 5-7 score.
"The twins played against a team from Lakeville South consisting of a top singles player and a top doubles player, so they were obviously talented," coach Jack Olwell said. "We served for both sets but the South team stiffened when it had to."
Olwell said all of his section competitors put in good effort in the final meet of the season.
"We played well," he said, "just not well enough."
