All six Tiger entrants in the Class AA state swimming and diving meet turned in impressive performances in Thursday's preliminary round.
Sophomore Kailtyn O'Reilly led the way with respective second and third place finishes in the 200 individual medley and 100 backstroke.
Freshman Zoe Aveztruz also excelled in two individual events, ranking eighth in the 50 freestyle and 12th in the 100 butterfly.
The 200 medley relay quartet of O'Reilly, Avestruz, Abby Haugen and Kirsten Kracke placed sixth and the 400 freestyle foursome of O'Reilly, Avestruz, Kracke and Cora Ruzicka finished ninth.
The championship finals are slated for 6:00 p.m. Saturday at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.
