The winner of Wednesday's match advances to the section quarterfinals Friday night at Albert Lea who along with Rochester Mayo, Owatonna and Northfield earned a first round bye.
Other first round match-ups include No. 11 Austin at No. 6 Rochester Century; No. 10 Hastings at No. 7 Faribault and No. 9 Rochester John Marshall at No. 8 Winona.
Wednesday's Farmington-Red Wing match begins at 7:00 p.m. at Tiger Gym.
