The 2011-2012 Farmington Athletics Registration Packet is now availabe online by clicking on "Registration Information" on the Farmington Athletics Website:
The packet will also be available in hard copy form at Farmington High School, Robert Boeckman Middle School, and Levi Dodge Middle School. A reminder that all students interested in participting in a Farmington School District athletics program, during the 2011-12 school year, must complete this packet and turn-in with the Athletics Office at Farmington High School.
