After several recent quality starts the Tigers came out flat in a 53-38 loss Friday night in Shakopee.
Farmington (5-16; 3-7) shot just 31 percent from the floor and managed only 16 rebounds in dropping its third straight Missota Conference game.
"This was a frustrating loss," coach Sondra Chadwick said. "The girls simply did not show up to play. We showed little energy and let Shakopee have too many wide open looks.
"We will need to bounce back from this loss in order to finish strong these last few weeks, and that includes picking up the intensity in practice."
The Sabers held the visitors to only 18 first half points in building an 11-point halftime lead and things didn't go much better for the Tigers after intermission.
Taylor Meyer scored 15 points to top the Farmington scorering charts. Sofia Chadwick added seven points and led in rebounds and assists with four apiece.

Senior guard Gabby White, who contributed four steals off the bench, suffered a dislocated elbow, an injury that will keep her sidelined the remainder of the season.
"Gabby has had a great senior season and we will miss her energy on the court," Chadwick said.
The Tigers will try to get back on the winning track Tuesday (Feb. 14), when they entertain Holy Angels at Tiger Gym. Tip-off is 7:30.
