The meet followed a familiar pattern with the home team building a comfortable lead over the early events before swimming the final competitions (three) as exhibitions.
"We had a decent meet last night," Tiger coach Jen Marshall said. "We're starting to enter what we have coined as the 'Dog Days' of the season. The excitement of the beginning has worn off and it's too early to get pumped for championship season.
"We're still seeing time drops though and that is impressive. More importantly, the girls aren't adding several seconds to their swims which has happened in past seasons."
Kirsten Kracke had a big night for the winners with three first place efforts, including individual wins in the 100 and 200 freestyle races and the 200 freestyle relay. Robin Ellis, Chelsea Gehrke and Cora Ruzicka joined Kracke on the winning relay team.
Gehrke (100 butterfly) and Ruzicka (500 freestyle) also posted firsts as did Kailyn O'Reilly in the 50 freestyle.
Four Tigers ranked second in individual events: Nikki Cayard (diving); Ruzicka (100 freestyle); Gehrke (200 individual medley) and Ellis (50 freestyle).
Chloe Holton turned in a pair of third place finishes in the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly. Three other Farmington entrants placed third: Kendall Novak (diving); Sara Kintner (500 freestyle) and Sundet (100 freestyle).
The Tigers are off until Thursday (Sept. 27) when they travel to Missota Conference favorite Chanhassen for a dual meet.
