The Trojans recorded the sweep by scores of 16-25, 14-25 and 15-25.
"We ran into a hot New Prague team that played very well from the start," Tiger coach Mike Woody said. "They took us out of serve receive with strong jump serves and we never quite got in rhythm on our side of the net. Every time we did something well, they had an answer."
Emma Fahning led the Tigers in two statistical categories, digs (12) and service aces (2), and also came up with seven serve receptions.
Rachel Eckert topped the team charts in serve receptions with 24 and also had six digs. Emily Nelson had a team-high four kills and Kaylene Seurer led in blocks with four. Setters Mia Johnson and Lexi Wenskaug each totaled seven assists.
The Tigers are off this weekend and Woody is hoping the time away from the court will help his team better prepare for the final weeks of the regular season.
"We are hoping our first weekend off since Labor Day will give us a chance to heal up for a busy Homecoming week ahead of us," he said.
Farmington (9-8) returns to action Tuesday with a road contest at Rochester Mayo before returning home Thursday with a conference tilt with Chaska.
