Rochester John Marshall/Lourdes edged the Tigers 12-11 when the two teams met in Rochester earlier this month.
The winner of Wednesday's opener moves on to face top-seeded Eastview on Friday, May 25, at Eastview.
Farmington will host the the Section 3 championship game on Friday, June 1.
