The victory was the fourth straight for the Tigers (5-3) who have outscored the opposition 56-30 over that span.
Friday's contest remained close for a half with the visitors holding on to a 5-3 lead. The second half was all Farmington with the Tigers outscoring the Stormhawks 7-1.
"They (Chaska/Chanhassen) are a good team and we've held them to just four goals in both games," Tiger coach Dan Pickens said. "They had plenty of possessions in this game but our defense held them to only 12 shots.
"When they did get a shot, Maddie (Kohlbeck (8 saves) was there to stop it...We played well all-around."
The offense certainly did its part with Haley Bradshaw, Ally Midboe and Adrienne Jolicoeur combing for 10 of the 12 Farmington scores.
Bradshaw ran her season point total to 35 with a five-goal night. Midboe scored a hat trick and Jolicoeur found the net twice.

"I was very impressed with our effort and the result of this game," Pickens said. "I am so proud of these girls and how far they have come.
"I hope they are believing in themselves because they are the real deal. I can't wait to see what more we can accomplish this year."
The Tigers face a rigorous three-game schedule next week. Tuesday they travel to Owatonna and Thursday they're at home to host Rochester John Marshall. Friday it's back on the bus for a road contest at Park of Cottage Grove.
